Pizza evenings in the garden
Twice a week we fire the outdoor oven. Dough proved since morning, tomatoes from the vine, mozzarella from the plains — and a long table under the fig tree.
All season, by arrangement
A morning at a neighbour's cellar
We introduce you to a small family cellar in the hills — three or four wines, a plate of local salumi and the story of these terraces.
April – October
A cycling loop through the villages
We hand you a bike, a hand-drawn map and a picnic — a quiet loop through Montelupone, Petriolo and back before the pool warms.
By arrangement
A morning with the pasta lady
Signora Anna comes up from the village to teach maccheroncini di Campofilone — the thinnest local egg pasta, rolled by hand.
Always
Slow afternoons, doing nothing
The most-requested experience of all — a book, a hammock, a glass of Verdicchio, and a long silence broken only by cicadas.
