We restored the house room by room, keeping the old plasters, the terracotta floors and the wooden shutters. Everything is soft, plain and made to be lived in.
The Olive Grove Suite
Our largest room, arched window facing the silver leaves, chestnut beams and a freestanding stone bath. A private terrace for espresso at first light.
The Flowered Room
A romantic corner room with a wrought-iron balcony that opens onto the rose garden — the bees hum before you're awake.
The Cypress Room
Cool stone floors, a queen bed dressed in ivory, and a long window onto the cypress-lined drive that leads down to the road.
The Sun Room
West-facing and lit by long afternoon light — a favourite for those who linger with a book until the swifts come out.
The Vineyard Room
A quiet room tucked under the eaves, its window level with a neighbour's vineyard and, beyond, the ridges of the Sibillini.
The signature suite
The house's namesake — two rooms, a small sitting area and windows on three sides. Reserved for longer, slower stays.
